During my business trip to Sri Lanka, I found this hotel to be quite disappointing. The exterior was dirty and the building felt aged. Although the staff was caring and attentive, the uncomfortable bed, noisy AC, and inadequate breakfast options left much to be desired. For the price, there are definitely better hotels in the area.

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. The location is superb, allowing easy access to shopping and other attractions. However, the rooms were basic and had a noticeable cigarette smell, which was disappointing.
